We woke up to the perfect snow yesterday morning for driving around with our 4-wheel drive. Photographer Mike Stevens took this one out at Dream Valley Ranch. Here are more for your viewing pleasure. Looks a lot different today since it warmed up so much but thought some of you might enjoy the eye candy.
Are you in the city and thinking of heading up to see Palomar’s snow? Best if you can avoid weekends because of the traffic. Or, come very early or late in the day. Julian actually has more to offer tourists. See more snow info.

Like to see some great photos and interesting facts of the Palomar Observatory? Become a fan of the Palomar Observatory. Todays post has a fabulous snow photo taken this morning before it warmed up and melted much of our winter wonderland. Thanks to mountain resident, Scott Kardel for bringing us this great link.
