Such a busy time orchestrating lots of great guys working, staging several properties the past couple weeks and then fitting in a fun photo shoot for a new listing. We had to move the date a couple times because one day we were totally in a thick cloud. Perfect weather arrived on Friday for the photographers to work their magic.

We should have this ultra-modern, spectacular view home on the market tomorrow. I just couldn’t wait to share a couple views I took. Tomorrow is the launch, meanwhile, aren’t the poppies beautiful?

Need some painting done? We have been so pleased with this crew and felt them to be very reasonable compared to others I checked into.

Several properties are being staged to sell. ‘Tom’s Epic Painting crew’ has been up here for a week and a half. They prepped and painted the inside of a home, a barn, stairs, a few walls in another house, and (drum roll) a new owner is going to have a freshly painted garage and workshop real soon. Today they have several doors and trim, three decks, and a shed on their list and a few more things. The more they paint, the more I find for them to look all fresh and new! It should be their last day at these new listings-in-the-works.

When you need painting done, Tom replies very quickly to a text or phone call (a little spotty up here). I found them on Valley Center Friends with lots of nice comments. They were pleased to come all the way up to Palomar and work all over the county.

Found: Exceptionally good, much needed, weed wackers and property clean up crew with Hugo and Joaquin. Joaquin came highly recommended by quite a few north county folks and was willing to come to Palomar. We had them up all week with up to 5 guys in one day working on about 25 acres. What a transformation. It was so inspiring to see their work ethic. Hugo is an amazing ‘singing machine’ up and down the properties with a weedeater. Yes, singing as he is working so very hard and always with a smile.

Joaquin manages his crew and is also a climber and laced the storm-damaged and dead branches out of trees. They were so willing to do anything we needed including removing fencing, loading and packing debris and several different needs. After staging the properties, they brought up a chipper and two men for a day and moved from pile to pile transforming the properties. Everything asked of them was answered with a ‘yes’ and a smile.

They will be back this week and enjoyed their time on the mountain. If you need their services, just text or call Joaquin at 858-335-2951, he will bid your job or work by the hour. We felt they were very reasonable.

We can see clearly now!!! Jason Kole put in a long day working on three properties. He’s fast, very good at his craft. It was long past supper time and he was finally wrapping up. Fun to have him join us ’round our table for dinner. Nathan is saying “Call Jason, he is amazing!”
