San Diego Magazine shared some stats via Realtor.com for the month of February. Those look correct for the cities. However, folks can really get a great deal on Palomar these days. In spite of the numbers shown, inventory across the county is very low. Click on our ‘Homes’ page where you’ll find only two homes available right now on Palomar.
Both are great deals.
You couldn’t possibly build Mile High Lodge for the asking price. There is a lot of square footage there with three bedrooms, plus the guest apartment above one of the two garages. Then areas for workshops, crafts, and tons of storage. The present owners enjoyed so much living full time on Palomar. Would that work for you? Or, what a great family retreat for special times making memories on the mountain.
Dream Catcher has that fabulous view, packed full of privacy and turn-key, ready to move right in. Downsize and simplify. Like to travel? Room for your RV and easy to close up and go.
Spring is in full swing! Come on up!
