The CHP said there is a power line down across the road on Crestline. They are waiting for SDG&E to come up to repair the line. It’s going to be a while….
Chains are required on Palomar so very few people up here and we’re only looking at an inch or so of snow.

I used to put the chains on all 4 wheels at the artesian well free water spot. If coming up South Grade.
