Real Estate Update “57,465?”

Clicking through my email, a post popped up from someone looking for some of my marketing business.  Apparently he had been checking out other business and Palomar Properties came up. He said, “Wow, you have 57,465 Google Plus views!” That is a lot of folks interested in property on our little mountain!

There is a catch!  The last couple years I have been mentioning that we are at an all-time low for inventory.  That is sure true for Fall 2015!

The past year has been ‘creative’ to say the least.  Lenders have had new requirements for loans, nation-wide, that we’ve been working through. Drum roll!!!  Several areas up here are now lend-able again!   So, some of those cabins and homes tucked away, off a main road, can now be marketed without checking a ‘land locked’ box.  This is huge.

There is a wonderful log home coming up and a couple more cabins. (Yes, that is a peek of a view!)  Do YOU have a property you are thinking of selling?  Like to make a move? Glad to get your questions answered.

On my way for two listing appointments in Valley Center!  One couple with a cabin up here would like to sell and live full time on the mountain.  The other family contacted me at church Sunday, wanting to scale down from the big home and guest house he built a few years ago, and move to Pauma Valley. It will be fun to help them live their dream. Do you have a property to sell off the Mountain?  Let’s connect!

Like to own a piece of paradise on Palomar?  Click through my website and let’s go for a tour!  Be one of the 57,000 plus folks that enjoy having an address up here, a mile nearer heaven!
