Greg Peck with SDG&E called saying that there are two planned power outages for Thursday. If you did not receive a notice in the mail, then it may not impact you.
SDG&E is replacing two poles on Crestline and then they are replacing a circuit affecting 193 customers. The outage may be all day from about 9 am on.
Good day for me to be out showing property! Who do you know who would like to have a little piece of Paradise up here? Your referrals are always appreciated.

Subject: 2011 PMVFD BBQ/ Sept. 3 2011/Labor Day Weekend
It’s hard believe but planning has already begun for the 34th Annual PMVFD BBQ fundraiser. The first official BBQ Planning meeting will be held on Saturday, February 12, at 10:00 a.m. at the Community Center. Planning meetings will be held once a month with further communication via email and phone contact.
As most of you know, Tricia Lucia cannot chair the BBQ this year. Tricia has done an awesome job the past 3 years, successfully adapting the BBQ to today’s standards and legal requirements. Tricia has graciously offered to be available as a consultant. She has handed down a very complete and organized BBQ notebook that will help guide us through the process.
The BBQ is much more than just a fundraiser for the fire department. It is an important social event and an opportunity to show pride in our unique community.
At the February 12 meeting we will identify the traditional categories, such as food, raffle, auction, firefighter competion, calendar, memorabilia, advertising, music, kids booth and craft booths. We will want your input on what you think works and what doesn’t work, and we will ask for new ideas for the 2011 BBQ.
People interested in participating this year should contact Kym McClary kym@powerlandequipment.com or me at palomarmountainfireboard@gmail.com .
