Memorial Weekend Update from the Mountain!

Hello Everyone!

With the several options these days for ‘social media’, I just sent this message out through another avenue, but know there are so many of you new to this Mountain News site, I thought I’d post for you here too.  If it is a duplicate for you, sorry about that and hope you enjoy the Pancakes and Honor Flight Video and your Memorial Day weekend!

UPDATE, PANCAKES and HONOR FLIGHT

 How long has it been now that you have dreamed of owning a piece of paradise on Palomar?  There are lots of recent updates, new listings and price reductions on every page throughout of Palomar Mountain Real Estate

RANCHES – The owner of the 575 acre Jeff Valley said, “sell it” so whew – they really reduced the price.  Bet most of you have admired Hunter’s Rest on your way to the Mountain.  It is the newest listing on the Ranches page.

Do you have some items you’d like to get rid of without the hassle of dragging them down the mountain?

We have a cabin we are working on furnishing and I have a small sedan that doesn’t allow me to bring larger items up the mountain so I end up paying a lot for things to be delivered. I’m looking for a win/win kinda deal. I’ll take your things off your hands for a fair price.

If you have any of the following items, please shoot me an email and let me know how much you’d like to sell them for. I’m not looking for brand new, just good solid pieces that look ok and still have plenty of life left in them. And if you’re able to deliver them to State Park road, that would be an added bonus 🙂

I am in desperate need of the following…

2 Queen Headboards (they don’t have to match)

1 King Headboard 

1 queen bed frame (unless one of the queen headboards is the older style that comes with the frame)

A sleeper sofa (queen sized preferred)

2 bedside tables (they don’t have to match)

2 bedside lamps (they don’t have to match)

1 Coffee table

Small arm chair

And a bunch of decorative knickknacks.

Like a yummy pancake breakfast this Saturday with mountain neighbors and friends?  For many years this has been a tradition on the Saturday morning of Memorial Day Weekend.  Sponsored by the PMPO – Palomar Mountain Planning Organization, the $3.00 breakfast is served from 8 to 11 am, followed by the PMPO General Meeting:
