Its 8-10 in the station, and its going over the contract with the San Diego County Fire Authority. Its very important for the fire board to hear the communities questions and concerns regarding this contract.

Have you seen our dog, Taffy?
Our little dog, Taffy ran off from our property on Conifer Road about 11 am. She was apparently frightened by a loud noise. She is a beagle terrier mix, mostly white with some black and brown, about 20 pounds. She does not have a collar on. We are thinking she might have headed toward Crestline, Mendenhall Valley or anywhere in-between. She is super friendly so she will come right up to you.
Please call Ephrayim if you see her 858-334-5451 Thank you so much.

Vote for Nancy Matthews!
One of our neighbors, Nancy Matthews is our Vet for our Mousetraps (oh, you know, the cats). She is the BEST Vet! Nancy is one of 6 Veterinarians in the Country to be nominated (the second year in a row!) to win funds to treat needy pets. This is a “My Vets the Best” contest and the winner receives $1000.00 toward treating local pets in need.
Nancy is the ONLY vet in the contest with ties to Palomar! She and her husband Matt, have a piece of paradise up here and love that it is only 30 minutes from her Cat Hospital in Valley Center.
Please click through Nancy’s page: https://www.facebook.com/ACatsViewVet and scroll down to the link to vote on the insurance contest.
We can all vote for Nancy every day through May 10th! I just slipped a reminder into my Outlook – let’s all do it and help Nancy win!

Website Woes – we’re getting there!

The past three weeks or so I have been working with my server company to get my websites clean. Apparently someone in New York has nothing better to do than infect websites with malware. Now registered as the owner with Google, but they need a couple days to take off their warnings. Thanks so much for all the notes and calls and words of advice and encouragement. It has been quite a learning experience! Stay tuned! Meanwhile, enjoy our beautiful weather above the clouds!
