It was a misty day, socked in the clouds, when I met an investor who came up to see a tired fixer. He decided pretty quick that owning the keys to that cabin was not on his wish list. I enjoyed so much hearing about the couple dozen rehab projects he’d sold over the years. I decided to show him a recent remodel with a bit of eye candy. As you can see through the window, it was not a day to be outside so we just went in to look around.
