How about the potential for income from 3 units on one piece of land? Or, live in one and rent the two others? I usually don’t post our off-mountain listings but one of you just might be interested in this one. The owners lived in the main house, moved and still have the little cottage and another rental unit rented to some nice folks who would like to stay.
