‘In Escrow’ signs are up on the last of the little cabins! Palomar is sold out – again!
The most recent escrow is for the ‘The Definition of Cute’. The soon-to-be-owners are so excited. They already picked out a fun cabin name, have some charming decorating ideas planned and even bought new flannel sheets with a mountain pine cone theme! They are ready to enjoy fall on the Mountain with the rest of us!
I do just happen to have two new cabins heading your way!
One owner is coming tomorrow to get a load of personal things. So, we’ll be able to have “Sleeping Beauty’ staged and ready for viewing the first of the week.
Another very nice home-in-the-woods with two fireplaces had a cleaning gal there today while the sellers were doing their final moving.
Both will have ‘Coming Soon’ postings with photos the first of the week!
