Property owners signed up for the Reverse 911 Alerts have had phone calls and emails from SDG&E about possibly having the power out relating to the High Wind Warnings. So far our power has been on as winds don’t seem as strong as earlier predicted.
What the messages did also mention was that SDG&E had a couple locations far, far, away for internet hot spots and charging stations.
When power is out, our generator is humming and we have a free hot spot here for you with patio outlets for charging. Drive in our driveway and check out ‘Palomar Friend’. No password needed and we are real close by at the top of the mountain. It is not uncommon to come home and see someone sitting at our patio table checking their messages. You are welcome, too.
