Of course, “Elsie’s Mountain” is our favorite mountain too – Palomar! The latest book is a must-read with wonderful stories and lots of photos to enjoy.

“Elsie’s Mountain”, as told by Barb, through weaving her local knowledge in with grandmother’s journal, is a sequel to “Elsie- Arizona Teacher 1913-1916”.  With the love triangle and all the drama of living and working 100 years ago as a school teacher, you cannot put that book down until finished. Of course, if you are the kind of person that likes a ‘real’ book in your hands, both are also available from Amazon or Barb (the ones from Barb come with her autograph!).
