As many of you know, David Ross lost his cabin Tuesday night in a fire. It apparently started behind his nearly new refrigerator. So sorry for his loss. Many thanks to all who responded. See David’s note below about his missing kitties and let’s all keep an eye out:

Subject: MISSING KITTIES
Bonnie, when my house burned, my kitties fled into the woods. If anyone sees cats that look like these, please get ahold of me. The black and white cat is much furrier than is shown because that photo was taken when she had just been groomed. Their names are Ruffles and Truffles, altho they really don’t answer to their names. Both are very sweet cats and should let you pick them up.

So sorry for your loss, David! You’re a vital member of this community and please let us know if there is anything we can do to help.

Post-fire we saw the black and white cat walking around near the house but I think it was too scared to come to us. Hope both of them are okay.
