Thought I’d share what greeted me walking up to a cabin. That’s all, just going through my photos today and decided to send this your way! Happy Spring!

Hi Bonnie,
This looks so familiar….by chance was this pic taken at our cabin? If so, it’s my pleasure to share the joy of springtime. We were so lucky to be up there a few weeks ago to see them blooming and I took the same photo. I love the mountain and all the beauty of every season! Thanks for sharing all your photos.

P.S. @ Marsha – The secret to my tulip garden has nothing to do with me……mother nature at its best. They come back every year in increasing numbers and I just sit back and get to enjoy them 🙂

Yes Karalee, it is your tulip boquet! Just don’t tell the deer about it! Thanks for sharing!

Hi Karalee, thanks for your reply. You must have planted those tulips among rocks or something! I planted some a few years back and they got eaten from both above and below ground. Maybe I should try again, they sure are pretty.

Thank you. I can’t even take credit for putting them in the ground, the previous owners planted them. I did notice that a group of them were planted in a container and then the container was buried at ground level. I don’t think they are all planted like that but it might be a great way to try, Good luck.

Oh, what a great idea! Thank you for the suggestion, and for noticing that. I’ll have to try it!

These are beautiful! Thank you, Bonnie. I love tulips, but so do a lot of other critters. What’s the secret to this lovely garden? Happy Spring!
