‘Relax on the Rocks’ was spoken for real quick. It was sunny when the agent arrived to Facetime his buyers a couple thousand miles away. Then, as the sun went down the party lights came on and there was a nice fire in the fireplace. The buyers couldn’t resist. They will drive up the mountain for their very first time after closing escrow!
