The past 23 years it has been so interesting to see the trends emerge in Real Estate. Things are quite a bit different on Palomar than our listings in the cities. Our fourth escrow in a row just closed with full time folks moving in. As long as great internet is available, the buyers are seeking the mountain life with clear sky, no constant traffic noise, trees, fresh air and the lifestyle we have here a mile nearer Heaven.
Great internet? That hasn’t always been the case. Fred with Western Broadband has done his very best to provide his line-of-site broadband as much as he can. Now, for the hard-to-service locations, Star Link has made it possible to stream, have Zoom meetups and has made a huge difference.
So, what is happening at this very moment? We have a huge shortage of listings!!! Some new ones are on the way but not quite ready. For those of you considering selling, there sure are a lot of buyers lined up!
