Some new folks are headed our way with cabins in their stockings for Christmas! An elf I know has been posting “In Escrow” signs across Crestline. We’ve gone from a long time at zero, to four properties now in pending.
So, there are some happy sellers and buyers. But we are now at an ALL TIME LOW on inventory for the clients so anxious for a place to call their own over the holidays!
