Meet my new Broker! My son, Nathan!
Nate got his real estate license in 2003 and became a Broker in 2008. Click for just a little more About Us. He’s very busy in San Diego listing and selling property, and rehabbing fix and flips. Now that we’ve teamed up, you just may be seeing him more ’round the Mountain, too!
Beginning my 15th year in Real Estate, Palomar Properties has been serving you since the beginning of the century! It has been a fun transition to give a refreshing, new look to the website and marketing, with lots more waiting in the wings!

Hi Bonnie, Steve and I were on the mountain yesterday (finally building our woodshed). We saw your new Palomar Properties signs and even spotted a vehicle with the logo driving past the cabin… I bet it was Nathan! How fun to get to work with your son. ((hugs)) Marcia
