Are you off the mountain with a property up here that has a telephone?  AT&T has their crews here repairing phone lines damaged in the wind storm this past week.  You might try calling your cabin to see if your phone answers properly.  If there seems to be a problem, the AT&T guy I spoke to said the best way to report is just dial 611 and that info will arrive at a computer in his truck.
