Dee Foltz loved living on the mountain with her beautiful view and many friends. She was very much a part of our community from 2003-2005, then moved to Phoenix to care for her ailing parents. She was diagnosed with stomach cancer last year and passed away Friday, April 17th, 2013. She worked parttime at the Palomar Mountain Mutual Water Company while she lived on the mountain.
