One of our Mountain neighbors, David Ross, will be appearing as the Ghost of Christmas Present. He is in the Art Animates Life production of Mr. Scrooge & Mr. Dickens being performed six times at Escondido’s Park Avenue Community Center.
A very special holiday treat! A faithful adaptation of Charles Dickens, A Christmas Carol, it features dancers, singers, music, and for the little ones, a surprise visit by Santa after the show.
There are two matinée shows, 4 p.m., Saturday Dec. 14 & 21, with donation-only pricing. There are four evening shows, 7 p.m., Dec. 14, 15, 21 & 22, priced at $7 adults, and $5 for children under 12 and seniors 60 and older. The Park Avenue Center is located at 210 East Park Ave., Escondido.
