 We’re having a beautiful summer up on the Mountain.  Don’t you love this ‘outdoor room’ under the oaks and cedars on beautiful Palomar Mountain?

Gotta be quick these days for the Real Estate deals.  It is really picking up!  You’ll see six “Pending” signs throughout the website.  Four properties out on State Park Road, and now Back to Nature cabin has anxious buyers heading our way.  That little Arbolito Lodge sold in a couple days!  Oh my! Those folks are so excited to breathe new life in that little fixer!

Big Rock cabin has really had a transformation.  First, we had to evict the tenants!!!  A huge mouse family with cousins, uncles, and all the shirt-tail relatives from the other side of the tracks had taken up residency – totally uninvited!   So, the cabin had “Guardian Pros” move in to move out those mice, do a total e x c l u s i o n, and Stage it to Sell!  The cabin has been corner-cleaned and is so warm and inviting, so darlin’!  Click to see the last dozen new pix in the album for Big Rock that were just added, then come on up to tour.
