Oh the fun we had Sunday night Caroling! Lots of folks volunteered to make the evening possible! Ken had is guitar warmed up and Peggy brought song books for all. Many thanks to the owners of the Lodge for allowing us to have the event there! Click for the pix! Many elves set up, decorated, drove the horse trailers, made wonderful chicken noodle soup, yummy dip, appetizers and delicious desserts, monitored the bathrooms & poured in the antifreeze just in time with the temperature dropping so we could wake up to a White Christmas and no frozen plumbing! The clean up elves were really appreciated too, staying late, so we could have everything out without needing to dance in the snow the next day with tables, chairs, and decorations.
It was very special to get up the next morning and see that our songs of “Let it Snow, Let it Snow”, really WORKED! We are enjoying a beautiful snow on Palomar!
