Had several calls and e-mails today wondering about the weather. Thought it would be a good time to turn around a link with ‘news you can use’ gearing up for lots of rain coming our way and eventually that very fun white stuff!

Is it snowing on Palomar? Take a peek at our webcams. We have two to choose from; one in the forest off Fern Meadow Road, and the other looking off the mountain south of Crestline. If you aren’t up here to look out the window, those webcams are the easiest way to tell if we have snow! Thanks Paul and Erik!

I’m dreaming of a White Christmas with chestnuts roasting by an open fire (hummmm, now that could be fun one of these days)!
