Everyone is welcome to our FREE Harvest Festival in Pauma Valley. 

Sunday, October 31 from 2:00 to 8:00pm

Location: 15175 Hwy 76, Pauma Valley (Old Guadalupano Mission)

Would YOU, your club, business or organization like to participate? 

You may do something fun like run a game booth for a couple of hours, or something simple like provide a needed item.

Some of the ways you may help are: 

•     Provide a Raffle Prize
•     Provide a bag of candy
•      Sponsor a game booth (see below for details)
•      Work a game booth (yours or someone else’s)
•      Enter the chili or pie making contest or be a judge
•      Donate needed items such as: hot dogs, paper bowls, hot chocolate, napkins

 Game Booth:

Sponsoring a game booth is relatively simple. You would design a game/activity for children, bring all of the items for your game, set up your game, help children play the game (or teach one of our teen volunteers how to do so), take down your booth at the end (if you need to take down your booth early please let us know). You get the idea…but please don’t hesitate to call if you have questions!

Game Booth Ideas:

• If you belong to a Garden Club for example, you may sponsor a booth where children toss bean bags into garden pots.

• If you like to Golf , you may wish to sponsor a golf game booth.

• Do you like to fish? Maybe you could sponsor a fishing game booth.

• We have other ideas…just call and let us know what you would like to do!

This is a non-denominational Christian event designed to provide a free, safe, wholesome activity for children and families on Halloween.  We hope you can come join in the fun!
