Call to Order Approval of the Minutes of 4/21/10 Meeting (Tricia Lucia)

Old Business Insurance · Update from Bruce Graves on all his interactions with the Fire Board Rules for use of facilities

· Who may use the Center?

What events are appropriate for the Center?

 · Cost for using the Center (Donations? Fee? Free?)

· Can users of the Center charge their attendees for their events?

· Brochures/pamphlets for front door locking options (Tracey Chesney)

· Signs – No animals, no public bathrooms etc (Tricia Lucia)

New Business Events and Schedule · Request for a show of support for the Fire Department, with a CCPM booth at the PMVFD BBQ – proceeds to go to the Fire Department (Tracey Chesney)

· Breakfast and lunch for our Center painting volunteers (Tricia Lucia)

· Request to thank those who volunteer, donate and attend our fundraisers (Tracey Chesney)

Website and Information/Communications

· Update regarding the CCPM website(s) (Tracey Chesney)

· Communication btw. the CCPM and the Community/Public (Tracey Chesney) CCPM Meetings

· Guidelines for members to inform the board of intended attendance or nonattendance at meetings

· Timeline for agenda/minutes being made available to the community Expense reimbursement protocol

· How does the board approve/reimburse expenses? Questions and Comments from the Public Recap of action items taken during meeting
